convenient location operating store major attraction
The location proved very convenient. A convenience store across the street operated 24 hours. Major attractions were within walking distance (I walked to Sagrada Familia in about 30 minutes).
The air conditioning seemed difficult to adjust.

dusty rooms rude staff
i found A glass piece on the floor when i checked in, and my son hurt his toe. when i called reception, they asked if we broke the glass, also there was a contact lenses on the floor. the reception staff even asked if those contact lenses belonged to me. The rooms were very dusty everyday.

helpful staff great location
the staff was helpful when i had problems with the twin room. the location was great, right in the middle of the city. i loved the super king sized bed. it was perfect after my flight.
i found the neighborhood inconvenient and unsafe to explore on foot. the receptionist responded with apathy when i expressed concern about noise. the breakfast items were tepid.

The breakfast host greeted me with a smile. the breakfast area was gray and plain. It was also too small. chairs and tables seemed old and not worthy of a grand hotel.

The room included a bathtub, a pleasant surprise. my room faced the street. I heard lots of traffic noise. neighbours arrived home late and were noisy ruining my sleep.

short walk friendly staff spacious balcony
The hotel is near to many shops and the market. It was a short walk. The staff were friendly. The room included a balcony (i didn't expect that!) and felt spacious enough.
The pool was too small. I also noticed that the cleaning lady always knocked and opened the door without our permission.

amazing location taxi stop friendly staff small fitness room worn furniture no decoration
The location was amazing (i could easily reach everywhere). A taxi stop nearby made transport simple. The staff seemed friendly and accommodated all requests.
The fitness room felt really small. There were no decorations in the room. Everything looked worn like the damaged furniture.
