the staff was helpful when i had problems with the twin room. the location was great, right in the middle of the city. i loved the super king sized bed. it was perfect after my flight.
i found the neighborhood inconvenient and unsafe to explore on foot. the receptionist responded with apathy when i expressed concern about noise. the breakfast items were tepid.

The hotel is near to many shops and the market. It was a short walk. The staff were friendly. The room included a balcony (i didn't expect that!) and felt spacious enough.
The pool was too small. I also noticed that the cleaning lady always knocked and opened the door without our permission.

The location was amazing (i could easily reach everywhere). A taxi stop nearby made transport simple. The staff seemed friendly and accommodated all requests.
The fitness room felt really small. There were no decorations in the room. Everything looked worn like the damaged furniture.
